The Microgrid flagship project aims to introduce Microgrid Systems combining Magnus wind turbines, solar power, and energy storage functions into remote islands, to realize decarbonized energy and improving resilience.
To further deepen the understanding of microgrids and share knowledge with ASEAN members, the Microgrid flagship project held a seminar as part of the 2nd Philippines-Japan Environment Week which was hosted at the Dusit Thani Manila hotel in Manila, Philippines on Wednesday, 15th January 2025.
The seminar included knowledge sharing sessions from the Mitsubishi Research Institute, Kyudenko, Furukawa Battery, and T-MEIC. Additionally, System JD introduced their "SOKODES" solar cell fault detection tester in the business pitch session of the seminar. A Q&A session was provided at the end of the seminar.
