CEFIA's financing activities were introduced at the DDW, ADB-ACEF 2021

The Deep Dive Workshop (DDW) " Finance to accelerate energy transition in Asia and Pacific - Public sector initiatives and good practices of private sector”, co-organized by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI), Japan and the Asian Development Bank (ADB), was held online at ADB-ACEF 2021 on June 14, 2021 and was viewed by over 500 participants.

The workshop aimed to identify the roles of international financial institutions and local banks in promoting transition technologies and finance in Asia and the Pacific, and to share awareness of the need for guidelines including principles and roadmaps to help Asian countries address transition technologies and finance. The panel discussion was followed by a presentation on CEFIA's finance activities, which included an introduction of the implementation policy and past activities, and an explanation of the proposed plan for future activities.
